x = Independently Organized Event
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)

HOW GREAT LEADERS INSPIRE ACTION
By:- Simon Sinek
Here the speaker talks about how a little change in how you approach someone makes a huge difference in what you sell or what you believe. He simplifies this statement with a “Golden Circle” When 3 concentric circles are named Why, How and What from inside out. He shows how the general approach to make people believe in what we believe is by expressing “what we believe”, ” How we believe” And “why we believe”. Since the decision making part of brain in least involved in general approach, it is ineffective. Whereas the biggest influencers approach by saying ” Why they believe “, ” How they believe” And “What they believe”. By just changing the direction of approach the effectiveness increases by considerable amount. This helped me understand that how at times we fail to convince or not keep our point effectively.
